Deer-Grove EMS operates out of two stations, covering roughly 80 square miles of Dane County.

Station 1 is the administrative office of DGEMS, and is located in the Village of Cottage Grove. We share the Emergency Services Building with Cottage Grove Volunteer Fire Department. It is located on County Highway N on the south side of the Village.

Station 2 is located in the Village of Deerfield. We share the building with the Deerfield Volunteer Fire Department. It is located in the Industrial Park on the north side of the Village.
